Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for rechargeable or electronic items (e.g., electric breast pumps, baby monitors, rechargeable toys) if found defective within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few working days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Warranty

Selected rechargeable or electronic products come with a limited warranty (coverage varies by item). Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and not to damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
